Terms
Claimants are only eligible for a free gift upon our solicitor accepting the claim.

Successful compensation awards must be for £1000 or greater.

Gift can only be redeemed once the claimant has accepted a final settlement and meets the previous criteria.

Once a gift has been selected, no changes are permissible.

Only one gift per claimant.

All gifts are subject to availability, if a chosen gift is not available, an alternative gift to a similar value will be offered.

All gifts must be redeemed within 6 months of the claimant accepting the settlement offer.
